IMHA offers standard and express shipping using Australia Post. Shipping prices are set at flat rates by weight/size. All orders will come with tracking.

• Standard AusPost for small orders $15.00

• Standard AusPost for medium-large orders $25.00

• Standard AusPost for Extra Large order $45

• Free Local Pickup - For Brisbane South (If you select this option we will get in contact with you with the location and agreed time for physical pickup)

Timeframes:

• All available/in stock orders will be dispatched in 1-2 business days.

• Standard post 1 to 8 Business days.

International Shipping:

For any international shipping enquiries please get in contact with us and we will get back to you.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer returns/refunds for change of mind.

For any returns due to damage please email us with pictures and description of the damage. You have 7 days from receiving our item to make a return. Your item must be unused and in all original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. We will assess on a case by case basis. You will be responsible for any shipping costs returning your item. Refunded money will be transferred to your bank account once we received the physical piece. Keep in mind you will be held accountable for any damages that may occur during the return shipment, so please ensure you pack it well.
